Swimming pool of 55 m2 with landscaped rest area with the maximum security measures, the pool has been perimeter fenced with wrought iron locks (in tune with the rest of the construction) for the protection of minors and pets, in turn it has been planted a grass meadow area for a greater thermal sensation in summer, where our visitors can enjoy resting next of their apartment.

We allow pets: we only ask that you do not leave them alone in the apartments, as they may miss you. In the outdoor areas they will have to be tied because there will be guests who might get scared of them.

Rest areas under cedars: our imposing cedars that welcome you also offer a place to rest under their canopies.

Cot/Crib and highchair: If you have a baby, we offer you a cot and highchair because we know all the things you also have to bring.

Laundry: We have a laundry room and iron for your use if our guests need it during their stay.

Wi-Fi in each apartment, high speed fiber optic connection, low latency broadband.

Picnic area with barbecue: area intended for the use of guests, where they can have lunch, dinner, dinner or spend unforgettable moments.

Our largest apartment (Peña del Sol) has a wood-burning fireplace, we will supply it if you want to light it (€8/20kg).

Another large area for enjoying the plot will be temporarily closed as it is undergoing rehabilitation.

At all times our guests will be attended by us, you just have to go up to “Nuestro Motivo”.

El Motivo, being apartments where the common areas (garden and pool) are shared, the greatest education among travelers is needed, so we ask that from 1 AM we respect the rest of others.
